So, what’s the story?
At age 30, in between jobs, with a house mortgage and a pregnant wife Jon Wierzbicki founded Wired Group in 2009. The timing could not have been better.
Now Over a decade later the company has gained experience with various cross platforms in automation, security and electrical in the construction and commercial game.
Our core business is achieving results that most other contractors cannot come close to. We have a hands on approach, and take that extra step to plan and deliver work that we pride ourselves on.
Yeah, we’ve got history.
2009 – Unemployed with a pregnant wife, Jon turns 30, his pregnant wife buys him a motorbike as a surprise and he decides to register the Business name Wired Solutions Group. Sounded like a logical idea.
In comes the first big job, upgrading the CCTV at Northcote plaza
2010 – Jon starts the year of the usual way, wiring up the security for the new 45 bed expansion at Marngoneet Prison.
2012 – The company starts work on the security package for Hallmarc’s new 3 tower 154 apartment complex
2013 – Security package for the new distribution centre of CH2 (Clifford Hallam Health) Eastern Creek. Upgrade works begin for the Security works at City West Water
2014 – Security and Nurse call package for the 142 bed Bupa Aged care facility in Doncaster
2015 – Wired Solutions Group win two high profile security installations – 14 storey City West Police Complex and Malmsbury Correction Centre, total cost of builds $400million
2016 – Security and Nurse call package for the 150 Bed Baptcare Wyndham Lodge Aged care facility in Werribee.
2017 – Electrical package for 24 new warehouses for Modus business park in Moorabbin
2018 – 47 Serviced offices for Sector offices, Full automation for a new luxury home(mine), Uni-Hill factory outlets sign us up for a maintenance contract
2019 – 10 year itch, time for a company upgrade. Revert company name back to its parent name Wired Group, rebrand with new logo. Fresh ideas ready for 2020

Wired Group are Registered Licenced Electrical Contractors and hold a Victorian Private Security Licence issued by Victoria Police, our highly skilled team allows us to approach each project with a multilayer overview, whether it be design and construct or at the tendering stage.
